If you thought this was a Halloween outfit, you'd be wrong! This was a guy I kept seeing during fashion week an every outfit he had on was more outrageous than the previous one! I took some pictures of him and after I went to introduce myself and ask for his card, all he said was: "Why?" But he did mention he was a stylist. So there, I don't know his name, but he is worthy of a post-Halloween Sunday post.
