I met Shu Okada at the ART TK Illustration show a couple of weeks ago. My eyes were captivated by her delicate watercolor drawings.
Shu based her illustrations on ghosts and their unfinished business on earth. She researched real life sightings and portrayed her favorite stories.
I love her sweet, sensitive portrayal of the little girls.
Shu Okada is dreaming of illustrating children's books. Based on her bewitching work and her extensive art education in Central St Martin's, London and Parsons NYC I think she will be successful!
